Having a website built in six steps, for a fixed price

This is how we work when you have a website built, and equally for software, SEO or photography. Six steps from intro call to support, and at every stage you know where we stand and what it costs.

  • Free intro call
  • Fixed price up front
  • Support after launch

Six steps from intro call to delivery

For a photo shoot we move through this faster than for a custom software project, but the order stays the same.

Even if you do not yet know what you want

That is the rule rather than the exception. Most business owners mainly know that something is not running smoothly. The first two steps exist precisely to make that clear.

  1. Getting to know each other

An intro call is a conversation at your premises or online, free of charge and with no obligation. We ask about your business, your customers and where the friction is right now. You talk, we listen and think along.

  2. Analysis and baseline

We look under the bonnet. What state is your IT in, how does your website perform, how easy are you to find and what does someone run into when they look you up? You get an honest picture, including the things that are already going well.

  3. A proposal with a fixed price

You receive a concrete plan: what we do, what it delivers, what it costs and when it is finished. A fixed price means the amount is set in advance and does not change without your go-ahead. No small print.

  4. Carrying out the work

We get started and keep you posted along the way. Anything that touches your business we schedule for the moments that cost you least, including outside office hours.

  5. Delivery and explanation

We do not just hand things over, we explain them. You and your team know how everything works and what you can change yourself. Nothing is locked behind language only we understand.

  6. Support and improvement

After that we stay reachable. For maintenance, for questions and to keep adjusting course based on real numbers. Digital work is never finished in one go.

Four things you can expect from us

  • One consistent point of contact

No rotating account managers. You speak to the people who actually do the work.

  • Clear before we start

Price, schedule and expectations are agreed before we begin. Extra work is discussed with you, never slipped in quietly.

  • Quick to reach

We normally respond to enquiries within one working day. For ongoing agreements we put response times in writing.

  • No gilded cage

Ongoing services can be cancelled, and you always have access to your own systems and data.

How it often goes: An invoice with items you never asked for

Honest, transparent and known in advance

Having a website built with us happens for a fixed price, just like a shoot or an app. So you know exactly what it is going to cost before we start.

For ongoing services such as the €30 a month website, maintenance, SEO or social media we work with a clear monthly fee or an agreed hourly rate. What we do not do is add line items afterwards that you never asked for.

If something extra comes up along the way, we talk it through with you first. We only carry on once you have given the go-ahead.

What you get from us either way

  • An honest answer, even when it means you do not need something
  • Explanations in normal language, without the jargon
  • Work scheduled for the moments that affect you least
  • A price that matches what was agreed up front
  • Someone to reach, even after the invoice is paid

Curious what could work better for you?

Book a call with no strings attached. We take a look, ask the sharp questions and tell you honestly what we would do. Even if that means you are better off changing nothing for now.
