AI and IT consultancy

Where is your growth, and where are you losing time?

With AI everywhere you look, every business owner is more or less pushed into keeping up. We help you work out calmly which parts of it genuinely matter for your business, and which you can happily leave alone.

  • IT scan and baseline
  • Concrete and workable
  • Independent advice
The starting point

Start with the problem, not with the technology

There is a great deal of promising around AI and very little explaining. Business owners are told they need to do something with automation, but nobody tells them what that actually means in their situation.

We turn it around. First we look at where time leaks away in your business, where mistakes creep in and which jobs everyone finds tedious. Only then do we look at whether technology can do anything about it.

Sometimes the answer is a clever bit of automation. Sometimes it is simply a different setting or a better working agreement. That is a perfectly good outcome too.

What you will not get from us

  • We do not sell AI just because it happens to be called AI
  • We do not deliver a forty-page report that disappears into a drawer
  • We do not replace the people you actually need
  • We do not start on clever systems while the basics are still shaky

We came into this trade out of enthusiasm, and out of irritation with firms that sell what they do not understand themselves. You will notice that in our advice.

Where the gains usually are

Opportunities we see again and again

Not spectacular, but effective. These are the places where smaller businesses win back time and money fastest.

Paperwork that processes itself

Quotes, invoices, receipts and forms read automatically and filed straight into your bookkeeping. That saves hours of retyping every week.

Questions you no longer have to answer

A chatbot on your website or in your inbox that catches the routine questions and lets only the real conversations reach you.

Work that carries on by itself

An enquiry that automatically creates a task, an appointment and a confirmation. Fewer manual steps, less chance of something being forgotten.

Your own knowledge, searchable

Manuals, contracts and case files your team can search in plain language, instead of digging through folders.

A grip on licences and costs

Plenty of companies pay for software nobody uses. We map out what you are paying for and what it genuinely delivers.

A plan for the years ahead

Not scattered experiments, but an order that makes sense. Basics right first, then the clever things on top.

The approach

From a baseline to a plan you can act on

A process that stays easy to follow and ends with something you can start on tomorrow.

  1. 01

    Baseline

We map out where your IT stands: systems, integrations, licences, security and the way your team works.

  2. 02

    Hunting for lost time

We watch the real work happen. Where is something retyped, done twice or waited on? That is almost always where the biggest gains are.

  3. 03

    Weighing the options

Every option gets an estimate of return, cost and effort. That way you see straight away what pays off most.

  4. 04

    A roadmap with priorities

A clear plan in plain language: what we tackle first, what comes later and what we deliberately leave alone.

  5. 05

Carry it out or hand it over

We can carry out the plan ourselves, but you are under no obligation. The advice is yours, even if you place the work elsewhere.
